We are seeking premier talent to join Seaspan Victoria Shipyards team and work alongside others who complete project plans and share a passion in ship repair strategies.

Production Scheduler, Submarines is an influencing role which focuses on the creation and maintenance of the project schedule for repair and overhaul programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for the development of planning and scheduling of tasks relative to repair and conversion projects. Key responsibilities include developing detailed production schedule incorporating material, engineering and productions plans, resources profiles and schedules, development and upkeep of department templates, Standard Operating Procedures and metrics.

You will have strong influential, interpersonal, and communication skills, including the ability to connect with others with tact and subtlety. Using your great personal skills, you will be able to stay focused on customer service and compliment this with a demonstrated desire to establish relationships that cultivate trust and dedication.

Note: Due to business needs, this position is required to be fully on-site based at our Victoria shipyard.
