Daily Tasks Overview

• Ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales targets.
• Recruit, motivate, train, and supervise a passionate team.
• Guarantee optimal store performance daily.
• Embody the company's values in all actions.
• Maximize profitability through effective sales strategies.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in a relevant professional role.
• Education: Holds a college diploma.
• Flexibility: Available for days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Autonomy & Initiative: Demonstrates strong decision-making abilities.
• Customer Orientation: Excellent service and relationship-building skills.
• Management Skills: Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Develop lasting relationships with customers.
• Optimize sales and profitability.
• Communicate sales reports and relevant information.
• Ensure effective promotion implementation and product displays.
• Supervise inventory controls and track orders.
• Recruit and train employees to maintain high performance.
• Define and communicate sales goals to the team.
• Plan and manage store operations effectively.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Manage work schedules and timesheets diligently.
