Bayshore is looking for passionate and caring Registered Nurse – Pediatric (Gander Area) to join our amazing team of professionals. This is a full-time opportunity is located Gander, Newfoundland, and involves in-home care for pediatric patient. Shifts can be both Day and Night and are 8-12 hours in duration.

In this role, you will provide personalized, family-centered care to a pediatric patient with complex care needs in a home environment. Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, you will establish, monitor and deliver nursing care to the patients as directed by the nursing care plan and in accordance with all required internal and external professional practice standards. Your clinical expertise will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality home health care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience is an asset but not mandatory.
• Experience providing tracheostomy care, use of ventilators, catheters, IV’s,
• PALS Certification - or willing to complete
  
  

Education

• RN level nurses who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body.
• Current CPR Certification required
  
  

Other Requirements

• Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening)
• Negative TB test
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle
