Part-Time Front Desk Concierge

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Front Desk Concierge with strong administrative and customer service skills. The Front Desk Concierge is responsible for the management of the company's front desk and reception area including greeting customers, answering questions and inter-acting with other departments. Strong interpersonal, computer and clerical skills are a must for this position, as well as a willingness to take initiative and a commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls
• Answer questions and solve tenant issues.
• Ensure tenants have a positive experience.
• Assist tenants with their purchases in the bistro.
• Receive and hold packages and deliveries.
• Assist with organization of move ins and move outs.
• Organize transportation for tenants upon request.
• Basic administrative tasks and duties.
• Keep front desk clean and organized
• Ability to use our Microsoft office programs

Job Type: Part Time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 8-16 per week with opportunities for more.

Schedule:

Shifts are evenings 3pm-11pm, overnights 11pm-7am & occasional mornings 7am-3pm.

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (required)
• Computer Literacy: 1 year (required)

Certification:

Office administration (preferred)
