The Opportunity

We’re looking for a dynamic and adaptable Executive Assistant to support our CEO and assist with administrative tasks across our Finance and Recruitment teams. This split-role offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in multiple areas. If you’re a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination
  • Assist the admin team with tasks such as data entry, expense tracking, and document preparation
  • Support the Recruitment team with scheduling interviews, candidate follow-ups, and conducting initial interviews
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure efficient communication and task completion
  • Maintain organization and manage priorities effectively across diverse responsibilities
  • Handle other administrative tasks as needed to support the business


What You’ll Bring

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • A positive attitude with the ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Interest in learning recruitment processes, including candidate evaluation
  • A collaborative team player with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with office tools (G Suite) is a plus
  • Extremely detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to independently problem solve
  • Able to maintain the utmost confidentiality and integrity
