Technical Writer

On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for a Technical Writer who can help create Technical Knowledge articles for them.

Responsibilities:

• Research, write, and structure technical knowledge base (KB) articles on a variety of topics.

• Ensure content is clear, accurate, and aligned with user documentation best practices.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and verify information.

• Edit and update existing KB articles to maintain relevance and accuracy.

• Follow established guidelines for tone, style, and formatting.

• Optimize articles for indexing, searchability, and end-user accessibility.

• Deliver high-quality content on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical writing, particularly knowledge base articles or similar documentation.

• Strong grasp of technical concepts and the ability to convey them in plain language.
