Program Manager, Full Time Permanent
Title: Program Manager
Department: Vocational Services
Reports to: Clinic Director
Location: Fort McMurray, AB
The Program Manager will be responsible for directing and maintaining the integrity of program standards and overseeing and maintaining the direction of the program, including resource allocation, performance management, recruitment, training, quality assurance, conflict resolution, and program/business development.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the execution and operation of an initiative to support unemployed and underemployed residents of northern Alberta.
- Meet with senior management as needed to discuss pertinent issues or concerns regarding program standards, current practice, program evaluation, and future development
- Overseeing the decision-making process for admission and continued stay of participants
- Overseeing the progress evaluation of each participant to ensure the achievement of outcomes
- Development of materials necessary to deliver services
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of related experience in career and employment services, leadership, or supervision. Equivalencies will be considered.
- Ability to manage large task volume and competing priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in French is considered an asset
- Strong conflict management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience working with diverse population groups and issues is preferred
- Security background check required
- May be required to work evenings and/or weekends
