Steele Buick GMC is seeking a Service Video Advisor to join our team!

As a Service Video Advisor with Steele Buick GMC, your primary responsibilities will include creating and presenting video assessments of vehicle service needs to our customers. You will effectively communicate repair recommendations and build trust with clients. If you are a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with a strong understanding of automotive service, this role provides an opportunity to excel and contribute to customer satisfaction and service department success.

Hourly Wage Range: $17.50 - $19.75 Plus Performance Bonus

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Accurately document vehicle repairs via video for clients
• Provide clear and thorough explanations of the technician’s diagnosis and recommended repairs on video
• Ensure timely and efficient uploading of video content to clients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the service department
• Provide support to the service department as needed to ensure smooth operations
  
  

Requirements

• Comfortably explain service processes on camera (voice only)
• Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
