About the Team:
The PMO Group at Bluberi is responsible for overseeing and managing the game production for casino products. Our team ensures the successful delivery of high-quality casino products, including land-based and online games, while also handling a wide range of support projects and integrating new technologies. The group is part of the company's strategic operations, which includes other teams spread over various locations. Our team is comprised of enthusiastic and experienced professionals across multiple disciplines, including project management, business analysis, technical support, and quality assurance. We work in a hybrid model to ensure effective collaboration and project execution while providing personal flexibility and work efficiency.
Job Summary:
The Functional Analyst bridges the gap between business and technology by working closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams from the beginning of projects. The role involves analyzing business processes, translating them into system requirements, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Functional Analyst designs efficient solutions, supports system implementations, manages scope, and facilitates clear communication between business and IT teams. Responsibilities include system testing, troubleshooting, and improving business efficiency through technology solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, processes, and objectives and translate them into functional specifications.
- Ensure comprehensive and centralized documentation of requirements, functional specifications, system design, and business processes to maintain clarity and completeness.
- Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements and create detailed documentation, including process flows, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate to optimize workflows and align them with system capabilities, identify inefficiencies in current business processes, and recommend improvements.
- Support the technical team during development, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and assist QA in creating test plans, test cases, and conducting functional testing.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems or processes.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of functional deliverables.
- Contribute to project planning, scope management, risk assessments, and resource allocation discussions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhanced solutions.
- Define and maintain documentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Combination of experience and relevant education in business administration or another related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels and manage stakeholder relationships effectively in French and English
- Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies.
- Extensive experience working with multi-disciplinary teams in a technology field.
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities
