About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager- Hospitality, the Spa Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for every guest at our Thermal Spa. This role involves overseeing daily spa operations, including preparing and maintaining spa pods, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. With a focus on guest satisfaction, the Spa Coordinator addresses concerns, monitors spa systems, and supports the hospitality team as needed. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about wellness, detail-oriented, and skilled at providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Hourly Wage Range: $19.00-$24.00/hr

What you’ll be doing

• Perform daily opening and closing procedures for spa pods.
• Monitor all systems during spa sessions, making adjustments as needed to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment, ensuring each pod is sanitized, restocked with amenities, and guest ready.
• Manage the guest scheduling platform, handling cancellations, waitlist requests, and rescheduling to keep operations running smoothly.
• Coordinate guest communication to address and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure a seamless booking and check-in process for all guests.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
• Fold laundry and clean dishes in designated areas to prepare pods for upcoming guests.
• Stock supplies and maintain accurate inventory records to support daily operations.
• Assist the Hospitality Team with various additional tasks as needed.
• Report and communicate any incidents involving staff or guests that require attention in a timely manner.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues to ensure a well-functioning facility.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or cleaning roles.
• Familiarity with wellness industry trends, products, and services
• Genuine passion for wellness and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
