As an agent in financial services, you're attentive to the needs of our members and clients. You look for ways to support their financial well-being in every situation. You provide excellent customer service and high-quality financial solutions tailored to their needs. More specifically, you will be required to:

Key Responsibilities

• Support members and clients by informing them about existing applications and technological tools that can help them perform transactions and operations independently.
• Welcome members and customers warmly and courteously, quickly ascertain their needs to direct them to individuals who can assist them or to alternative distribution channels.
• Work in collaboration with personal finance advisors to improve the service offered to members.
