Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dish areas
- Assist with kitchen and server prep as needed
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and stored
- Work efficiently to keep up with high-volume service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher in a busy restaurant setting
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
