Pat’s Driveline is a leading provider of driveline components and driveshaft manufacturing and repair for the automotive, heavy truck, industrial and off highway industries and we are currently recruiting for a Parts Counter Person in our Edmonton branch.
Position Overview
The Parts person is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by supplying parts to customers. This will require determining the customer’s needs through parts identification and effective communication. You will use catalogs both electronic and paper, and be able to effectively use our ERP system for creating quotes and repair estimates, and the invoicing of parts and service.

Position Overview

Primary Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
- Receive parts orders from customers in person at sales counter, back counter and over the phone
- Sourcing and ordering parts from internal and external sources
- Troubleshooting and problem solving to determine customer needs
- Picking and packaging of parts orders for shipping to customers
- Receiving of incoming parts stock orders and accurately warehousing within the warehouse
- Maintain a clean, safe and professional work environment
- Follow all ISO 9001:2015 procedures
- Picking up and delivering parts to customers using company vehicle when required
- Automotive and/or heavy truck counter sales experience an asset
- General knowledge of automotive components and systems
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable Driver’s Abstract
- Strong customer service focus with an ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High level of integrity and a strong work ethic
