As a Research Director, you will lead the design and delivery for The Loyalty Report, Bond’s largest scale and highest equity research project. You will oversee the entire research process, from to survey design and data analysis to drawing insights, report writing, and ensuring the quality of our execution and deliverables. You possess a curious mind, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence alongside strong client management skills.
Client relationships are paramount to our success, and you will play a crucial role in nurturing these partnerships. Acting as a consultant and trusted advisor, you will transform client inquiries and challenges into actionable insights and business recommendations grounded in data. Your ability to present to diverse audiences, both large and small, will be a key driver of your success in this role.

As a Research Director, you will lead the design and delivery for The Loyalty Report, Bond’s largest scale and highest equity research project. A Day in The Life:
Strategic Leadership:
- Lead and oversee cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop program design and delivery aligning key executive stakeholders and client sponsor
- Develop and implement discipline-specific strategies within project teams.
- Drive innovation in research methodologies and approaches, contributing to the development of Bond’s offerings.
- Oversee the execution of research programs, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and productivity goals.
- Develop comprehensive project execution plans and implement robust processes and controls.
- Ensure thorough verification and validation of data collection, data quality, and client deliverables.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Engage in strategic discussions with clients to understand their objectives and design appropriate research solutions.
- Ensure the creation and delivery of high-quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and status updates.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients and oversee research projects.
- Develop business casing and financial budget for multi-million dollar project
- Lead the quoting and sales process for The Loyalty Report
- Oversee project budgets, third party supplier costs, and resource allocation.
- Provide input on pricing strategy and assist in proposal development, including methodology, operational design, and costing.
- Support maintenance of pipeline through project creation, quoting and quarterly allocation
- Lead the sales process by contributing to the design and specification of research solutions.
- Collaborate with account managers to provide consultation and participate in client engagements.
- Leverage client insights to drive improvements in products and services.
- Lead and inspire a team of research professionals, fostering a healthy and collaborative team environment.
- Conduct performance management, assessments, and reviews, ensuring high-impact outcomes.
- Mentor and coach team members, acting as a role model and change agent within the organization.
- Participate in the recruitment, selection, and training of staff.
- Bring enthusiasm and a positive spirit to the team, promoting a culture of innovation.
- Embrace new ideas and contribute to the evolution of the team’s thinking and practices.
- Foster a balanced work environment where hard work is complemented by a sense of enjoyment and camaraderie.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with SPSS.
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Business Administration, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in a related professional field.
- In-depth knowledge of the Loyalty landscape, particularly loyalty programs.
- Demonstrated experience in Research leading cross-functional project teams and managing large-scale research programs.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex insights to diverse audiences.
- Strong financial acumen, understanding key financial metrics and their impact on project delivery and overall business performance.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, adept at handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and producing accurate work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced expertise in Excel and strong skills in Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
