We are looking for a dedicated Regional Chef In Training to join our Earls’ Fast Track Program, designed to accelerate high-performing leaders into key leadership roles. This program offers a structured development plan where you are empowered to drive operational excellence, inspire your team, and elevate the guest experience across your region.

The successful candidate must be passionate and relentless in their pursuit of delivering perfect service and food to each guest and developing future leaders for their region and organization as a whole. As a Regional Chef in Training, you will:

  • Develop and execute the regional annual capital plan to achieve flawless operations through sales basic
  • Analyze profit and loss statements to recognize successes and identify opportunities; developing action plans with General Managers and Head Chefs to improve results
  • Monitor the effectiveness of Earls’ selection, development, and recognition programs, ensuring highly engaged leadership and partner experiences
  • Plan and deliver seasonal menu launches regionally, assessing kitchen logic lists and providing feedback to ensure quality and consistency
  • Execute seasonal menu launches at the home store through effective training to maintain exceptional food and drink quality
  • Audit restaurants during regional store visits to ensure safe, clean, timeless, and organized environments, proposing upgrades through budgets and business development meetings
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure a safe environment for partners and guests


What we need from you:

  • A proven track record in culinary leadership and people development, with at least 2 years of experience in high-volume, mult-concept or multi-unit environments
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Proven results in delivering food cost and labor targets, along with extensive experience managing budgets, cost controls, and profitability for large-scale operations
  • A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests
  • A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship
  • The ability to legally work in CanadaRed Seal Certified
