Minimum Qualifications

  • Working towards a post secondary education in Health and Safety or Environmental Studies
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Vehicle and valid drivers license

Responsibilities

  • Supports coordinator in administrative duties
  • Participates in the systematic identification, assessment and control of hazards and risks.
  • Supports the implementation of the Company HSE procedures and daily management of all activities in the Health and Safety Department
  • Participates in HSE committee meetings.
  • Coordinate site visits. Travel to sites and complete checklists with site representative.
  • Review HSE inspection, assign corrective actions.
