Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

Reporting to the IT procurement lead, the Executive, Administration is responsible for managing the overall IT procurement process, including sourcing quotations, managing purchase requests and orders, handling goods receipts, and coordinating invoice payments. The person is also responsible for filing IT contracts and record licenses. Generate expenditure reports, track expenses, and ensure compliance with company procurement and financial policies.

• Record and file IT contracts and licenses in the online repository.
• Report generation
• Generate expenditure reports, track expenses for the IT organisation.
  

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and performing additional duties as needed.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders of various backgrounds and functions in the IT organisation.
• Working knowledge of SAP procurement will be an added advantage.
