We are hiring a Business Development Manager in Red Deer, AB!

The Business Development Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth and establishing our residential HVAC services in the burgeoning Red Deer market. This role will be the face of our company in Red Deer, responsible for converting leads generated through our marketing and service teams into satisfied customers, as well as fostering overall business growth.

Responsibilities:
This position will include, but not be limited to the following:
Sales Leadership
· Strategically manage and convert leads generated by our marketing and service teams into sales.
· Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring a seamless and positive sales experience.
· Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
· Negotiate and secure sales and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights on lead quality and conversion effectiveness.
Market Development & Networking
· Establish and nurture a strong presence for our company in the Red Deer community.
· Actively participate in local industry events, trade shows, and networking groups.
· Develop and implement grassroots marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
· Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the local construction and real estate sectors.
Branch Leadership & Collaboration
· Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the maintenance, administrative, and service teams in the Red Deer branch.
· Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
· Ensure efficient operations and seamless coordination between sales and service teams.
· Inventory and building management.
Customer Focus
· Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction.
· Proactively address customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction.
· Build long-term customer relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and value.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- 2 years of business development experience
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn about the HVAC industry and our specific services
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of sales success, ideally with experience in a service-based industry
Assets -
- Experience with HVAC industry or related field
- Service Titan experience/knowledge
