Job Description

LuminUltra is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Fredericton, New Brunswick. This is an excellent opportunity within an innovative and growing organization. This role will focus on supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse with tasks such as printing labels, assembling orders, preparing boxes for shipment, and inventory management. 

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, detail-oriented, and highly dependable individual who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. 

In this role, the Warehouse Coordinator will have key responsibilities, such as: 

• Maintaining storage area by organizing inventory.
• Assembling orders from bill of materials list. 
• Preparing/sealing boxes for shipment. 
• Printing labels and other product documentation for shipping. 
• Receive products and raw materials. 
• Breakdown of bulk packs and labelling.
• Inventory management, including stock counts, restocking of shelves, and monitoring inventory levels. 
• Provide support to other parts of operations as required.
• Forklift operation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. 
• Experience in a Manufacturing or Warehouse setting. 
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Team player with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
• High sense of urgency and ability to work as part of a team in fast-paced environments. 
• Experience with inventory management, an asset.
