Still reading? Good. Let’s dive in.

This role will give you ALL the Amazon feels:

You’ll be hands-on with Helium 10, digging into data and extracting key insights to keep our products visible, optimized, and crushing the competition. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to help AlgaeCal achieve Amazon domination by keeping our Buy Box percentage sky-high, boosting keyword rankings, and converting browsers into buyers.

Why you’ll love it here:

  • You’ll have a measurable impact. From maintaining strong Buy Box dominance to significantly improving our top products’ keyword rankings, your success will be tied directly to the metrics that matter.
  • You’ll work with a passionate, motivated team. Our team doesn’t just talk growth—we live it. From the creative minds of our marketing department to the sharp analytics team, you’ll be surrounded by people who want to see our products succeed as much as you do.
  • You’ll be in control of your work. With clear objectives and key results, you won’t have to second-guess what success looks like. You’ll know exactly what’s expected of you and how to achieve it.
  • You’ll develop your skills and grow. Get your hands on Helium 10 tools and be at the cutting edge of Amazon marketplace trends. Plus, you’ll have access to professional development opportunities, including attending conferences and workshops that align with your goals.

This role might be for you if you’ve got:

  • A resume that shows you’ve spent at least 1-2 years in the Amazon trenches, optimizing marketplace operations. You know how to keep the wheels turning and the sales flowing.
  • An encyclopedic knowledge of Helium 10—and you know how to leverage it to drive keyword research, analyze rankings, and outmaneuver competitors.
  • An insatiable love for data. Analyzing it, questioning it, and using it to propose actionable improvements is second nature to you.
  • A Sherlock Holmes-like ability to solve mysteries. When issues arise in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, you take ownership. You resolve cases quickly, follow up without being asked, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • You’ve conducted a ton of A/B tests in your career and you know how to analyze results, and make data-driven changes that improve performance.
  • Excel & Google Workspace Proficiency. Whether it’s tracking, reporting, or analyzing, you’re comfortable with numbers and know how to make sense of them in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • SEO Expertise. You understand SEO, particularly in the Amazon ecosystem, and you’re always questioning strategies and looking for ways to optimize listings to outperform competitors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration. You work seamlessly with operations, creative, and eCommerce teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and executing to the highest standard.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with European marketplace operations, Walmart Seller Central, health compliance, or working with a CPG brand is a big plus.

What Will You Earn?

Our Amazon Marketplace Associate position starts at $55,000 and can go up to $75,000 depending on your experience. If you’re a rockstar with more to offer, we’re open to discussing compensation that fits your unique skill set.
