Senior Corporate Paralegal | 10+ Years | Vancouver

We are working with a thriving full-service local Vancouver law firm, now looking for a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join their Corporate Services Department. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of relevant experience assisting lawyers with general corporate matters, including the preparation of closing agendas and legal documentation related to all stages of complex corporate transactions, section 85 rollovers, section 86 share exchanges and private mergers and acquisitions matters. Solid knowledge of ALF corporate database is required.
