We are working with a reputable full-service law firm in Vancouver to recruit a Senior Commercial Litigator to join their dynamic team.

The role involves managing a diverse caseload of complex files. While a book of business is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The firm seeks candidates who can immediately take on and handle a range of challenging matters. Significant experience in commercial litigation is ideal, along with expertise in areas such as fraud, insolvency, debtor/creditor disputes, estate litigation, shareholder remedies, or partnership disputes.
