As an Account Executive - Health, you will leverage your network in the healthcare ecosystem, targeting health providers, payers, and organizations to drive sales across Canada. Your main duty will be to acquire and expand healthcare customers by selling Applied AI solutions tailored to the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed revenue growth and yearly targets for your portfolio.
  • Drive the development of new business and sales opportunities within your designated accounts and region.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, serving as the primary point of contact for sales activities within targeted healthcare accounts.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes, templates, and standards for the healthcare sector.
  • Build and maintain a diverse portfolio of healthcare clients, establishing sustainable, high-quality recurring revenue.
  • Advise healthcare clients on their AI/ML adoption journeys, ensuring client satisfaction through collaboration with internal teams.
  • Demonstrate excellence in pipeline management and hygiene within sales and CRM tools.
  • Lead the development of contractual agreements and pricing strategies.
  • Foster partnerships with hyperscalers, consultants, SI, and academic partners to support revenue growth and strengthen solutions.

What You Bring:

  • Passion for AI's impact in healthcare.
  • 8+ years in the healthcare industry and/or enterprise B2B sales, ideally in professional services.
  • Strong leadership presence and personal brand in the healthcare vertical.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience leading cross-functional teams across the sales lifecycle.
  • Established client network in healthcare for swift opportunity qualification and pipeline development.
  • Proven success meeting multi-million-dollar quotas.
  • Strong knowledge of AI applications in healthcare.
  • Adaptability and growth mindset for fast-paced tech environments.
  • Superb communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in organizational change management is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, aligning AI solutions with healthcare needs.
