As a member of our Employee Centre Advisory team, you will be the primary point of contact for HR records management and administrative support for Suncor’s Human Resources Employee Centre, which deals with employee data and inquiries for the entire enterprise

- A Post-Secondary education in Human Resources or Business, or a related discipline
- Bilingual in English and French
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs, Workday, and/or ServiceNow
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to problem solve and follow-through on issues to resolution, using critical thinking and employing strong influencing and leadership skills
- Provide HR documentation support for payroll, privacy and legal inquiries, as well as support general inquiries for employment verifications from external third-parties
- Maintain HR files and meet requirements for privacy and records management in accordance with company document retention policies
- Daily monitoring of the Employee Centre Advisory Services queue to resolve inquiries and/or assign to appropriate Human Resources groups for action
- Support the creation and distribution of mass mail or mass e-mail communications
- Utilize the case management system to document all inquiries and resolutions, such as address changes, letters of employment, and status updates on programs and processes in progress
- Coordinate the quarterly updates for Suncor’s regional Wood Buffalo Schooling Program and additional payroll cycle initiatives
- You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W
- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs
