Role reports to- Team Lead Professional Marketing – Skin Health

Location- Markham, Ontario

Travel - 10-15%

What You Will Do

The Professional Marketing Associate - Skin Health is responsible for supporting the skin health professional marketing team in executional excellence across key HCP touchpoints and identify opportunities and best practices across to enhance synergy, consistency and efficiency. They will work closely with Strategic Healthcare Partnership Manager(s) (SHPM) / Professional brand team lead, Omnichannel, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Health Care Compliance, agencies, as well as with external vendors to execute and improve market-level capabilities and drive seamless execution of our key HCP touchpoints. This role is critical in enabling the skin health professional team to unlock future imperatives deemed necessary for success in the highly competitive HCP skin health category-

Key Responsibilities

  • HCP Logistical support for key engagements incl. conferences, Ad boards, HCC, Derm Council etc.
  • Project based initiatives incl. new channels for execution, marketing materials and team support
  • Digital /Omni-channel activation including CRM 1PD, Websites, HCP social media etc.
  • E2E / Skin Health team support fostering OKR achievement and success
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels
  • Ensure all activities adhere to relevant healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Input into the development, execution, and monitoring of annual business plans that align to key goals and market needs while improving professional endorsement and support of new products
  • Collaborate with internal partners including Consumer Marketing, Customer Development, Government Affairs & Market Access, and Health Care Compliance
  • Recommend new business opportunities and innovative ways of engagement leveraging media, CRM, digital, social, and other scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Min. Bachelor's degree, Health Sciences or Business preferred
  • 1-3 years experience in related field; prior experience with HCPs an asset
  • Ability to collaborate and lead within a multi-disciplinary team structure
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and strong attention to detail

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with Dermatologists an asset
  • Brand marketing, digital, CRM and social media experience
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 15%
