The Opportunity

Grizzly Supplies is looking for a customer service-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Surrey, BC. As the Inside Sales Representative, you will communicate directly with our customers over the phone, receive and process orders from our hydraulic seal inventory, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Inside Sales Representative your key responsibilities will include:

• Taking customer orders over the phone
• Building and maintaining relationships with our customers
• Identifying customer needs and product opportunities
• Following up with customers on orders, quotes, and services requested
• Assisting with administrative duties for the sales department, as required
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

• Previous parts sales experience
• Post-secondary education in a related field, such as Sales or Marketing is a strong asset
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong math skills with the ability to use or learn how to use measuring devices
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with a proven ability to work both independently and with others

The pay range for this role is: $42,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience.

This is an onsite role based in Surrey, BC.
