In this role, you will act as a product educator for Rothmans Benson and Hedges. Rothmans Benson and Hedges, or RBH, is a company that aims to build a smoke-free Canada by providing alternatives to cigarettes.

The Opportunity:

Part-Time Product Educator – Floater Position - Toronto Core Territory - Approx 5-19 Hrs/Week

Evenings and Weekends

Position Summary:

Our client RBH is looking to create a smoke-free Canada. Your role as the product educator is to help bring that goal to life by introducing RBH’s products and educating front line staff and managers on the many features of RBH’s smoke-free products. Through your higher-performing, persuasive and goal-oriented personality you will build strong relationships with the managers and front-line staff at the outlets in your territory and increase the sales of RBH’s products. To do this, you will need to deliver on the building blocks of sales and customer service. Said differently: WE need YOU to make sure our client’s products OUTSELL the competitors to help build a smoke-free Canada!

What You Will Be Doing Every Day/Evening:

  • Building relationships (customer service) with key store personnel - this is the core component of the role!
  • Educating staff on new products and best selling practices for smoke-free alternatives.
  • Building engagement with RBH products to increase market share.
  • Gathering & reporting competitive insights in field.

Your Experience:

You have previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment. If not in a retail environment, don’t worry, as long as you share the same values, we can teach you all you need to know once you’re on board.
