Your tasks at a glance
- You are one of the three key resources at the head office for optometric partners, handling patient files and customer service.
- You act as the direct point of contact between Vision Group and optometric partners.
- You provide support to both internal and external clients.
- You offer administrative assistance.
- You work closely with optometric relations coordinators, patient care center agents, and the operations team to coordinate program initiatives.
- You compile program statistics (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- You draft internal communications and promote program initiatives.
- You handle requests and inquiries related to programs from various internal departments.
A clear view of your assets
- You have strong data analysis skills and great attention to detail.
- You have at least one year of experience in a professional/administrative office environment.
- You are proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- You are highly organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You are fluent in French and can also communicate in English, allowing you to interact with unilingual English-speaking optometrists and colleagues outside Quebec.
