Our Client is seeking a Business Analyst who is a self-motivated and organized individual with exceptional technical, business analysis and interpersonal skills to perform comprehensive systems planning and feasibility assessments in assisting management to develop and implement technical strategies to address business needs.
This role is 100% onsite. Currently there is no possibility of extension but will be reviewed 45 days prior to the end date. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply.
Experience Required/Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of business analysis experience
- Hands-on experience with requirement gathering
- Proven history of current process facilitation, documentation, and mapping
- Strong abilities in future state process mapping
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written skills with a strong focus on customer service
- Effective planning, presentation, and time management skills
- Exceptional listening skills with the ability to facilitate feedback from stakeholders
- Comfortable communicating with senior management
- Effective problem solving and collaboration skills
- Ability to pass an enhanced security clearance
