About The Role:
Timely and error-free administrative support to Category Management regarding SKU File management with a focus on data integrity. Outcomes will include on-time product quantification and delivery that meets stores' expectations.
Workplace Arrangements:
This role will follow a hybrid remote/onsite schedule. Applicants can expect to work on-site from our Ottawa Head Office, 2-3 days a week.

What You'll be Doing:
- SKU creation & SKU File maintenance: focus on data integrity, related support files, and communicating changes to cross-functional teams
- Vendor administration: domestic vendor set up and issuance of all vendor and private label manuals; provide all information to vendor inquiries for new vendors
- Administrative support for import quote sheet execution
- Create and release packages and return sheets per buying calendar
- Category/assortment administrative support: size & colour codes and purchase logs
- Respond to Buying Help Desk inquiries re: SKU File and communicate info required to resolve store issues
- Marketing & Sample Management support for Buyer & Category Partners
What You'll Bring:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience, ideally in retail
- 1-2 years work experience (ideally in retail - either store or buying office)
- Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills
- Demonstrable attention to detail and values data integrity
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Hybrid - Hardgoods Merchandising Team - In-office on Tuesdays & Thursdays
Assets:
- Bilingual English and French
- Systems experience with AS400 (JDA), PLM, BI or similar software applications
