As a Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our organizational goals while making a life-changing difference for people with hearing loss. Working in alignment with our Demant Values, the ATRT working methodology, and the clinic H.E.A.R. journey, you will lead and empower the Clinics to success. Your responsibilities will include implementing sales tactics, ensuring compliance, and creating an unmatched customer experience.

SUCCESS CRITERIA:

  • Ensure compliance and meet annual sales targets, driving our Demant Values.
  • Support talent development within the clinics, fostering a highly engaged workforce.
  • Collaborate with co-owners to maintain budgeted headcount for the clinics.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • Management:
  • Inspire and support your team to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Implement operational changes to achieve our vision and strategy.
  • Drive exceptional employee engagement.
  • Drive Business:
  • Collaborate with clinic owners to support business objectives and growth.
  • Train and support co-owners and staff to create an unmatched customer experience.
  • Set and manage sales targets in line with the business plan and sales forecast.
  • Drive continuous improvement and productivity.
  • Support community relations and outreach opportunities.
  • Operational/Functional:
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with all standards and regulations.
  • Act as a role model for our Demant Values.
  • Deal with concerns promptly and effectively, in line with company policy.
  • Ensure accurate sales reporting and forecasting.
  • Maintain professional and technical competence.

REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND CONSIDERATIONS:

  • Ability to optimize team performance and develop staff capabilities.
  • Lead an area to differentiate itself with exceptional customer service.
  • Lead geographically dispersed teams.
  • 5-7 years of documented success in retail people leadership.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a franchise/owner-operator environment.
  • Proven track record in following an existing operating model.
  • Excellent command of IT systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of business and financial concepts.
  • High degree of flexibility for travel.
