Eaton is currently seeking a Customer Success Specialist Intern.

What you’ll do:


Position Overview

The incumbent will assist in several special projects designed to enhance our Contact Center Customer Experience, Components lead-time project and Standard Work and Continuous Improvement. Activities to include data analysis, data collection, sorting, revising standard work documents and innovation of ideas for continuous improvement.

Essential Functions

  • Validate emails in the General Mailbox against CSR account assignment list and redistribute email to the appropriate agent folder.
  • Enter changes and cancellations from customers through order entry systems, using established business rules.
  • Update emails in General Mailbox with email naming convention, labelling, categories etc.
  • Proactively communicate in a timely manner with customer service agents about order verification, order status, pricing and shipment status.
  • Follow up on back order/overdue items with Supply Chain.
  • High degree of organizational skills and problem-solving ability; specially the ability to work as a self-starter.
  • Manage multiple project orders and prioritize time and tasks effectively to serve Eaton’s customers.
  • Maintain the scheduling and financial tracking of all assigned project orders including resourcefulness in finding information and answers from within and outside the department (i.e. interactive with Marketing, Supply Chain etc.).
  • Ability to prioritize/execute to achieve desired company and project goals with prudence and sense of urgency.
  • Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton’s Philosophy and Values as well as the Safety and Environmental standards.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Enrolled and returning to a post-secondary program in Business, Engineering or Science Degree in progress – preference given to those in their third or fourth year of studies.
  • No relocation provided.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Articulate communication skills – verbal, pictorial and numerical.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, communication and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally grow.
  • Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle.
