Your Responsibilities
- Sort, process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail/courier to appropriate departments
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and cheques received and process cheques for deposit and Index contract files and manage off- site storage retrieval and retention
- Prepare contract packages for Credit Support processing
- Other administrative duties as required
- Ability to use standard computer applications, such as Microsoft Office plus Intranet and Internet functions
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility within work functions, interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an established team
- Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 25 lbs and perform other physical activities
- Experience in an administrative support role
- Experience in the finance Industry
- Experience in an administrative support role

- Able to work independently
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Post- Secondary Education in Business Administration or a related field
