What are your contributions to the team?

• Maintain liaison with Organizational Learning business partners to assess training requests and prioritize them to meet requested deadlines.
• Supervise the work of two (2) training coordinators.
• Request training from internal and external collaborators.
• Create training schedules, confirm duration, reserve rooms, optimize capacity and collect costs.
• Organize necessary logistics such as learning support materials and booking facilities and equipment.
• Communicate with corporate stakeholders to ensure employees are informed of training events and schedules.
• Process attendance data and ensure integrity.
• Update learning management system.
• Support special projects such as process improvement, francization program and new learning management system.
  
  
  

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

• You have a college diploma in business administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• You have a minimum of eight (8) years experience in a training coordination role.
• You have exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize work.
• You have attention to detail and ability to get the job done right the first time.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You have a strong knowledge of learning management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• You have an effective way of engaging peers and stakeholders so that they see you as an important partner in meeting their needs.
• You can foster teamwork by networking, bringing synergy to the team and mobilizing resources to execute.
• You can meet professional obligations through effective work habits such as meeting deadlines, respecting schedules and showing respect for others.
