MSP Premium 23.10% + $35,798.40 Annual Bonus (Flat Fee).
$20,000 Signing Bonus + Relocation funding $9,000 - $15,000.
REAP and RCME funding available.
Join a growing Regional Psychiatry Team in Northeast British Columbia (currently two Psychiatrists in Dawson Creek and two in Fort St John). Dawson Creek Hospital has 15 regional adult psychiatric beds.
Work in a supportive private practice and mental health team - there is also an excellent working relationship with our local Primary Care Physicians.

Vacation Leave Regular/negotiable May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including: Retention Premium 23.10% Retention Flat Fee $35,798 Relocation Funding Available $9,000 - $15,000 (TBD) Recruitment Incentive $20,000 Other Benefits/Incentives Compensation is based on Fee-For-Service MSP billings AND sessional payments. MOCAP (Medical On Call Availability Program) Level 2 available on top of MSP billings. Rural Education Action Plan (REAP) available. Rural Continuing Medical Education (RCME) available. Relocation funding: $15,000 if relocating from outside of Canada; $12,000 if relocating within Canada but outside of BC; $9,000 if relocating within BC.
