What are your contributions to the team?

• Develop manufacturing strategy and support their implantation
• Generate detailed multifunctional plans related to master plans, communicate, and follow up on them while being responsible for the progress of actions
• Develop and coach leaders on management skills
• Ensure the high-level liaison between the different groups of operations during escalations
• Ensure an executive posture in communication, both in the words and in the documents provided
• Maintain the KPIs and director level operations chart related to the EO system
• Develop and implement processes related to operations
• Identify major operational issues and propose action plans while demonstrating leadership in problem solving
• Conduct risk review and guide management and relevant teams in risk management
• Provide operational guidance to the multi-functional teams of the aircraft programs and coordinates the follow-ups of KPIs
• Coordinate and validate activities with external authorities/partners/suppliers and/or clients
• Support cost capture control and financial performance monitoring
• Indirect supervision (during absences, replacements)
  
  
  

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :

• You have 12 years' experience at Bombardier or equivalent
• You have 5 years of experience in operations or equivalent
• You have 3 years of experience in management or equivalent
• You have at least a college degree
• You have good knowledge of the different systems used in operations
• You have thorough knowledge of critical processes in operations and management skills
• You are proficient in French (bilingualism an asset)
