As the Customer Excellence Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in the enablement of the sales organization to be customer focused and enabled to execute with excellence. In this role, you will report to the Customer & Retail Excellence Leader.
In this role, you will:
As a detailed oriented individual, you are part of a team that is responsible for the updating and maintenance of deal documents, deal sheets and deduction management for the sales organization utilizing TPM tools, customer portals and enhancing Clorox’s ability to drive accuracy and integrity of information and data internally as well as supporting customer events and ensuring a consistent representation of Clorox is experienced externally.
Your role is crucial in the ability for sales organization to better utilize and analyze trade planning and management plans with customers being a co-pilot to the account teams in the timely uploading, updating and clearing of deductions that allows teams to work with speed, accuracy and agility that achieves the sales ambition in being leaders in value creation.

Team – Account Manager Support and coordination:
- Support the team with the following, but not limited to: new item set up, listing forms and all that encompasses them; specifications, marketing data, costing, images, specs for customer, among others.
- Support team with coordination of POG update requirements, sample requests, promo calendars, price audits & other business needs.
- Support and streamline deal sheets and deduction processes via TPM systems (MEI /Exceedra)
- Manage customer requirements such as trade shows, conferences and customer specific programs (setup, samples, negotiation of terms, etc…)
- Support and update in collaboration with customer account teams, monthly priorities submission and management to retail sales team.
- Work closely with Merchandising Excellence Manager to support, consolidate and monitor display requirements particularly around new launches, displayer and POG refreshes.
- Work in conjunction with retail sales team on coordination and execution of fixtures and displays at stores.
- Analytical support for customer teams utilizing customer POS data (where applicable), Nielsen and internal data sources via such tools as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Exceedra.
- Manage weekly & monthly reports, run and upload POS, update distribution & new launch trackers, assist with promo and distribution analysis, identify wins and opportunities. Work closely with Sr. Sales Analyst to support additional ad hoc requests and reporting.
Years and Types of Experience:
- Excellent time management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and balance priorities.
- Highly developed administrative, communication and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be a strong team player.
- Strong technical MS Office – Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with customer POS data/Nielsen an asset.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, withing CPG or related industry.
- University Degree or equivalent working experience.
