Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate Channel Performance with Key Opinion Leader feedback and monitoring NPI's (30%).
- Surgical Specialty Focus Gynecology & Orthopedics (30%).
- Lead Integrated Channel Development across JJMT Surgery (20%).
- Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to entire marketing team (10%).
- Enable and foster GSM relationship while being a key member of Platform Leadership Team or Commercial (10%).

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. A degree in business or related field is preferred. A post graduate degree is an asset, but not required.
- Minimum of 8 years business experience is required.
- Minimum of 4-6 years marketing experience is required.
- Prior people management experience is required.
- Experience in Brand lifecycle and NPI technology launches in Canada and globally is preferred.
- Knowledge of Google analytics and SEO techniques is preferred.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools is preferred.
- Must possess strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and engaging content.
- Ability to use data and analytics to track the performance of marketing campaigns and make informed decisions is required.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Bilingual (French) is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Up to 40% business travel (domestic & international) may be required.
