We are a Top Producer Real Estate Team looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The focus of this role is to drive SEO, email marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization to attract and convert high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, and results-oriented, with expertise in digital marketing strategies.

General Responsibilities:
- Strategize and implement marketing plans to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
- Conduct keyword research and create SEO-friendly blogs to improve organic visibility.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters focused on lead generation and nurturing.
- Design and optimize funnels for lead nurturing and conversion.
- Create and manage Meta ads and campaigns to attract and engage potential leads.
- Enhance and maintain the website for improved performance and lead conversion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement lead generation campaigns.
- Analyze key performance indicators and prepare marketing reports to optimize strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BA/BS in Marketing or related degree, or equivalent education.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, email marketing, and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization and campaign management.
- Proficiency in creating and managing Meta ads and other PPC campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize according to business needs.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
