mmaryThe Maintenance Manager, under limited supervision, is responsible for managing the efficient operation and maintenance of all plant equipment and process systems, utilities, automation systems, personnel and contractors while maintaining a safe working environ


ment.
Primary Duties & Responsibi

  • opmentOwns / Drives TPM - critical spares, PM’s, PdM, Lube, operator maint
  • enanceManages all Capital Maintenance and pr
  • ojectsBuild programs for preventive, proactive and predictive maint

  • MS/EAMOwns scheduled maintenance work - reviews each job; decides what the correct repair should be; identifies, sources and kits all needed parts; decides if contractors or special tools/equip are needed; coordinates needed downtime with oper
  • ationsAccountable for all unplanned equipment downtime and reduced run
  • ratesLead by example, capable of maintaining and repairing all equipment autonomously if
  • neededEnhance the longevity and performance of the equip
