Who We’re Looking For
You have a Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business Administration, Forestry or a related field. A combination of education and work experience will be considered.
You have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are highly organized, a proactive communicator, and a dependable team player who thrives on collaboration. You have proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a coachable personality to learn our internal accounting software.
The Opportunity
Overseen by the Controller, the Accounting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the invoicing and sales order processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. You will handle customer inquiries, assist with month-end closing procedures, and provide administrative support to the Domestic Sales Team. Key responsibilities include:
- Invoicing & Order Management – Perform the invoicing function, update and adjust sales orders, enter Trader Outbound Sales, and ensure accurate processing of financial transactions.
- Customer & Logistics Coordination – Resolve customer inquiries related to invoicing, shipping, and discrepancies, issue debits and credits, and coordinate with the Logistics Department for shipments and customer pickups.
- Month-End & Administrative Support – Assist with month-end closing procedures, manage inventory updates, complete required customs paperwork, and provide administrative support to the Domestic Sales Team.
- Additional tasks aligned with business objectives may also be assigned to you.
