Your Role

The Field Service Representative, with minimal supervision, inspects, services, repairs, upgrades or installs water systems on which training has been provided. This work is performed in clinics, hospitals, donor centers or other equipment locations. Extensive travel & All work is performed according to quality and regulatory requirements, as well as, quality standards set by Baxter. In this role, you may obtain assistance of more qualified personnel to solve extremely difficult or complex problems. Being on call .

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintains equipment as assigned within a field territory or provides installation and maintenance support within and outside of the region.
• Sell service business within area of responsibility as appropriate, maintain financial effectiveness within assigned territory or project.
• Performs any other duties or projects as assigned.
• Completes paperwork, documentation and administrative tasks per policy and procedure
• Work effectively with FS Regional Manager, Field Service Representatives and other functional areas within the company to enhance business performance and customer experiences.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Technician Diploma or Technologist, Engineering or BSc.
• Electronics, Mechanics or Mechatronics experience
• Minimum 3 years in a Technical Service environment
• Technical experience within a Services business
• Technical production experience
• Fully Bilingual - French and English
• Customer facing service experience
• Experienced in repairing electro-mechanical equipment down to electronic and mechanical component level in a service centre environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient with Windows and PC based applications
• Must pass the training course with a minimum 80% passing grade.
• 30 wpm or better typing speed
• This role requires extensive traveling, with a minimum of 50-70% of days spent on the road
• Able to lift heavy equipment and testing apparatus

• Travaillez efficacement avec le gestionnaire régional des services de terrain, les représentants des services de terrain et d'autres domaines fonctionnels au sein de l'entreprise pour améliorer les performances commerciales et les expériences client.
  
  

Ce Que Vous Aurez

• Diplôme de technicien ou technologue, génie ou BSc.
• Expérience en électronique, mécanique ou mécatronique
• Minimum 3 ans dans un environnement de service technique
• Expérience technique dans une entreprise de services
• Expérience de production technique
• Bilingue complet - français et anglais
• Expérience de service en présence du client
• Expérience dans la réparation d'équipements électromécaniques jusqu'au niveau des composants électroniques et mécaniques dans un environnement de centre de service
• Compétences en communication écrite et orale
• Attention au détail solide
• Compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes
• Proficient avec les applications Windows et PC
• Devoir passer le cours de formation avec un minimum de 80% de réussite.
• Vitesse de frappe de 30 mots par minute ou mieux
• Ce rôle nécessite un voyage intense, avec au moins 50-70% des jours passés sur la route
