On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for a a Technical Lead to coordinate technical teams on a project to migrate Genesys Call Centre to the Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Function as the Technology Enablement Lead for the CCRW Project, migrating existing on-premises Contact Centre capabilities to Genesys Contact Centre on cloud (CCaaS).
- Support design and development of technical solutions for migration of 32 contact centres (across 7 lines of business) to CCaaS solution to enable new CX capabilities.
- Oversee the overall IT plan, coordinating IT deliverables across delivery teams in a highly integrated environment.
- Lead high-level design, code reviews, and solution demos/analysis.
- Design, facilitate, and participate in workshops for digital solutions.
- Manage issues and risks with respect to IT deliverables.
- Provide status reporting to the overall CCRW Project Manager.
- Manage stakeholders.
Deliverables:
- Requirements, design, build and configuration, and sustainment documents.
- Resource and activity forecasting, planning, and coordination.
- Status reports, budget reviews, technology risk, and issues management.
- Technology decision recommendations.
