Fashion Advisor

Reports to: Boutique Manager

Contract: 6-month Contract (Fixed-Term), Full-Time

Location: Vancouver Boutique (in Holt Renfrew)

Your role @ Chanel:

As a Fashion Advisor, you are the heartbeat of our Brand. You will leverage your warmth, authenticity and genuine spirit to build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with your clients, fostering loyalty and connection whilst making it your mission to exceed your client’s expectations in a way that only CHANEL can.

• Optimizing the client experience according to our Client Service Values, fulfilling the client’s needs through genuine, flexible and tailor made service
• Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills to maximize all sales opportunities
• Maintain an awareness of Company, Boutique and personal sales targets and performance, working towards all commercial objectives and goals set
• Assist with regular back of house operations and review alterations and holds asappropriate
• Establish and maintain sufficient knowledge of current merchandising guidelines as well as the ability to maintain set standards at all times
• Ensuring highest standards in all aspect of the sales and after sales service, including positive mindset, flexibility in understanding customer needs, accuracy incapturing data and timely follow up.
• Upholding the image of the Brand as Ambassador by portraying a professional and sophisticated image of personal grooming and etiquette.

What you will bring to the role:

• Luxury retail selling experience preferably in a similar role or customer service setting
• Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communicate skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organization and follow-up skills (essential)
