Server Assistant

We are looking for supportive Server Assistants to enhance our service team. In this role, you will support your Server with guest needs and table maintenance to ensure flawless execution. As one half of a “dynamic-duo,” you are key in ensuring our guests have a great experience at Earls.

As a Server Assistant, you will:

• Assist your assigned Server in providing exceptional guest experiences. By anticipating the needs of both your server and guests, you’re always one step ahead of the game.
• Create authentic connections in every interaction. Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging, and meaningful conversations with guests.
• Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Use your multi-tasking and communication skills to tackle problems and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
• Adapt to any situation with ease. Utilize your exceptional organizational skills and commitment to the guest experience.

What we need from you:

• A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
• A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
• A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
• The ability to legally work in Canada.
