Solar Sales Advisor

Compensation:

Our average sales representatives are earning between $100,000 - $200,000 annually, and our top representatives are earning over $250,000 annually.

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Advisor or an entry-level individual with zero sales experience to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outside/remote sales activities to generate leads and close sales deals.
• Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Fluent in English to cater to a diverse customer base.
• Collaborate with the business development team to create strategies for expanding market reach.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain customer records.

Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Business development acumen with a strategic mindset.
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on building lasting relationships.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
