Overview:
The Digital E-Commerce Manager, under the direction of the Director of Digital & E-Commerce Marketing, will have overall responsibility for implementing marketing tactics and digital marketing optimization practices to generate online sales for all categories. As a manager, you will lead the web marketing team in achieving KIPs, increasing the customer experience, personalization and testing, and product deployment. You will liaise cross-functionally with other teams to ensure that projects are aligned, and each website project is supporting the overall business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Data Analysts and Category Managers to identify actionable customer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, IT, data analysts, and stakeholders to define and implement intuitive and user-centered experiences.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate the customer journey and address friction points.
- Responsible for managing & executing the online merchandising plan and calendar. Participate in the 360 digital media strategy & execution with ongoing support from the Director.
- Lead and develop a team of web merchandisers and web administrators.
- Stay up to date with industry trends for taxonomy, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX, applying these insights to improve our products' visibility and customer experiences.
- Manage online taxonomy, navigation, and sorting.
- Achieve category financial targets and KPIs.
- Act as a business unit project manager for enterprise-wide projects.
- Configure and optimize rules-based and profile-based personalization tactics and experience-automation plans.
- Create and implement A/B testing plans with the help of the Marketing Technology Specialist.
- Manage, measure, and optimize experience initiatives, particularly through A/B and multivariate testing.
- Learn and implement Sitecore/Contentstack marketing best practices to achieve higher levels of maturity and business success using these platforms.
- Continuously build knowledge of leveraging Sitecore/Contentstack with related data and marketing automation products.
- Identify business and technical improvement opportunities for the website.

Education and Experience
- Digital analytics experience including data analysis and presentation of insights using Sitecore, Contentstack, Google, and other analytic services.
- Innate curiosity and passion for becoming truly data-driven in a rapid-testing environment.
- Experience in Digital team management, centered around producing defined KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to combine business acumen with effective tactical execution.
- Working knowledge of adjacent competencies like context marketing lifecycle, lead management, CRM, UX, analytics, digital strategy, customer segmentation, social, and SEO.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, adjusting to a fast-changing extended team environment.
- Excitement about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders in a distributed model.
