Role Overview

We're looking for a Marketing/Sales Assistant who doesn’t just follow trends but creates them—someone who is passionate about marketing, fashion, and creative problem-solving. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing out-of-the-box marketing campaigns, creating engaging social media content, and supporting our sales strategies. Your creativity and proactive mindset will help elevate our brand, amplify sales, and uncover new growth opportunities.

If you're a results-driven, creative thinker who loves fashion and is eager to contribute to a brand challenges the norm, and help drive sales while making an impact, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Marketing Campaigns: Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid ads. Help develop innovative ways to increase brand awareness, expand our reach, and drive conversions.
  • Sales Growth & Opportunity: Support the sales team by identifying and helping to seize new sales opportunities, tracking performance, and creating promotional strategies. You’ll be key in helping us grow and amplify our sales across multiple channels. Support sales initiatives by identifying leads, managing CRM tools, and assisting in outreach efforts.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies. Bring fresh ideas and insights to the table—whether through social listening or competitive research—to ensure we’re always ahead of the curve.
  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule and execute social media content, ensuring brand consistency. Create and post compelling content, manage community engagement, and build campaigns that capture the essence of our unique brand.
  • Track Metrics: Track marketing analytics and sales performance, providing insights for improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Assist in customer engagement through community management and responding to inquiries. Build relationships with our loyal customers, handle feedback, and ensure we are always aligned with their evolving needs and preferences.
  • Event Support: Assist with organizing and executing marketing events, product launches, and collaborations that elevate the brand and drive customer excitement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years in marketing, fashion, or related industries. You’re comfortable with marketing strategies and have hands-on experience with social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Creative Thinker: We need someone who can think outside the box, challenge the status quo, and bring unique ideas to the table that will help elevate our brand.
  • A True Fashion Enthusiast: You love fashion and understand how to translate the latest trends into engaging marketing campaigns that speak to a conscious, style-savvy audience.
  • Proactive & Results-Driven: You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. You take ownership of projects and aim to make an impact. You understand the balance between creativity and performance.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with social media platforms, marketing tools (Experience with tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics, Canva, etc.), and basic analytics tools. Bonus if you're familiar with e-commerce and apps platforms.
  • Attention to Detail: We’re a high-quality brand, and we expect a high standard of work. From copywriting to design details, we want someone who’s meticulous and mindful of how their work impacts the brand and with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Passion for sustainability and ethical business practices is a plus.

Availability

  • Flexible schedule with an estimated 10-20 hours per week.
  • Must be available for occasional check-ins and meetings.

What’s In It for You?

  • Growth & Opportunity: As a key member of an innovative and growing brand, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and contribute to marketing strategies that directly affect our sales and customer experience.
  • Creative Freedom: We encourage bold ideas and fresh perspectives. If you’re ready to make an impact and leave your mark on the brand, this is the place for you.
