What You’ll Do
Your mission? Help students graduate with confidence. You’ll teach using our proven curriculum, but we want you to bring your own flavour to the class—sharing real-life bartending stories, tips, and tricks from your own experience.

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who brings both experience and passion to the role:
- 5+ years of bartending experience in busy, real-world environments
- Serving It Right certification (must be current)
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred
- Experience teaching or training others is an asset
- Personable and approachable personality required
- Past management or leadership experience in hospitality preferred
- Proven initiative and leadership
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Police record check may be required

The Schedule & Pay
We value consistency, so this role comes with a set schedule—no shift swapping.
When:
- Saturdays & Sundays: 12:15 PM - 4:15 PM
- 3.5 hours of teaching
- 30 minutes for setup and wrap-up
Pay: $30/hour
Notes:
- 2 weeks unpaid vacation
- Every 4th Sunday off
- We avoid scheduling classes over long weekends
