Currently, we are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is best suited to an individual who is meticulously organized, driven to find solutions, flexible and loves new challenges. The successful candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to problem-solve, initiate, and think outside of the box in order to get tasks done. We’re looking for an all-around team player who compliments, inspires, and is reliable and dependable - we count on each other at Earthscape to create an environment that is rich for learning and growth, and we push each other to be the best we can be.
The Fit
A day-in-the-life of an Operations Coordinator at Earthscape will require flexibility and a willingness to reach out and ask questions. This is a role which you will help to shape. Tasks may include:

Compensation
Hourly Wage: $25-30/hour commensurate with experience

- Do you know how to be a Chameleon? This job can look different from one day to the next from the people involved to the issues that matter. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from a diverse range of people and teams, including project managers, designers, engineers, fabricators, and more. This requires strong adaptability, as you'll need to adjust your approach when things don't go as planned. Effective organizational skills, including time management and prioritization, will be essential to navigate the various projects and relationships.

A day-in-the-life of an Operations Coordinator at Earthscape will require flexibility and a willingness to reach out and ask questions. This is a role which you will help to shape. Tasks may include:
- Support Senior Operation staff by coordinating resources, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between teams
- Enable Leadership to better focus their time by managing emails, calendars, due dates, background research and on-going assignments or issues
- Assist with project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and other relevant materials
- Utilize Smartsheet, Excel, and other project management tools to track project status and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events and other company activities
- Have a post-secondary education in a Business, Administration, or a similar field (bonus, but not required)
- Have 3+ years of experience in business operations specific to manufacturing, design or construction industries
- Have experience tracking KPIs like project timelines, budgets or resource utilization
- Experience with Smartsheet, including creating and managing sheets, reports, and dashboards related to key operational metrics such as revenue tracking, production scheduling, and backlog management
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, LucidChart, Quickbooks
- Enjoy collaborative work within a multidisciplinary team, but also work effectively with little supervision
- Have a growth mindset, and learn from your mistakes
- Have excellent attention to detail, note-taking, and paraphrasing skills
- Have a natural ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently

Compensation
